RIP DWAYNE

Saw this earlier this morning.  Very sad.  I won't be going to Jamaica.

Let's make up a no-fly list: Jamaica, Uganda, Russia and most of the Slavic countries are to be avoided, and I suspect there are a few Muslim countries that should be as well.

J, I think you are quite correct. We know that Iran and Iraq out no place to be "out n' about" Remember the two early teens publicly hanged a few summers ago because they were "gay". .brute beasts!
Include *most of the Carribean*, and on and on.

After reading the whole story, it seems to me that Dwayne was a flamboyant character who attracted attention in a dangeous situation - tempting fate, you might say. It doesn't excuse the murder or the mob, but it does explain it

America's greatest playwright, in my judgment, was Tennessee Williams, and his greatest character was Blanche DuBois from A Streetcar Named Desire. Her most famous lines apply to this situation, Gary. Dwayne may have tempted fate, but, "Some things are not forgivable. Deliberate cruelty is not forgivable."
